A Lesson From An Intuitive Coach - Think Clearly Rather Than Like A Pavlog Dog

Since I'm an intuitive coach, I study human psychology with wonderful interest. 1 of my favorite case studies is Ivan Pavlov and Pavlov's dogs.

Ivan Pavlov investigated the reflex of a dog's salivary glands to the prospect of food under different conditions, and his outcomes gave rise to the term Pavlov's dogs as exemplifying the concept of conditioned reflex. Just like Pavlov's dogs, humans also act unthinkingly to conditioning, and in several situations lack objective thought. Thus, whenever you see folks yelling at one another you might be conditioned to think they hate one another, when actually they enjoy one another and enjoy arguing with one another.

Once you see two folks hugging, it does not enter your mind that they could be performing so reluctantly, and only since it can be the social factor to do. Like Pavlov's dogs you might be conditioned to assume what you see is what exactly is right, and that a forest fire is destructive as opposed to regenerative.

Not thinking before reacting can bring disastrous outcomes. Regrettably, it can be quite typical and hurts a great deal of folks. Do not be 1 of Pavlov's dogs, but feel objectively for yourself and don't assume. Feel for yourself when judging folks and not from what you feel you see or others tell you.

Being a clear thinking individual, i.e. not assuming issues and not taking issues out of context as a truth, will enhance your life, also as those inside your life. Considering the truth that our lives take the shape of the decisions we make, if we learned the best way to make greater and much more informed decisions, it is both logical and intuitive to reason that the result would be a greater life.

A key component to intuitive coaching is helping an individual feel what exactly is correct in relation to making decisions and then act on those feelings. Trusting in yourself and your own capability invariably leads to greater decisions, greater judgment and greater lives for you also as those around you.
