Many people feel a negative experience from certain things in life. It can leave you feeling uncomfortable and many want to know exactly what is fear? These emotions are common and often leave a person unable to cope with everyday life. Certain chemicals are released within the brain when these feelings overcome us. Some of the things that our senses or bodily reactions include an increase in sweating, dilated pupils, rapid heartbeat or even a tightening of muscles. Each person experiences these discomforts in varying degrees.
While some of these feelings can be overcome, others can be debilitating to our everyday lives. It is important that you learn how to diagnose what your anxiety is and learn how to overcome it.
