It doesn't matter if you think that they are silly, or stupid, or that everyone can do them, all that matters is the fact that you produce a list of things which you are effective at.

3. Change your physiology

Your body structure (the way you hold your body) and your state of mind are basically linked.

Changing the method that you hold your body structure will alter your state immediately.

Try this:

Stand up straight, feet shoulder width away from each other, head held up-right searching forward, shoulder area back. Do you notice the way you instantly feel much more confident and assured?

Now drop your shoulders, hang your face down, and slouch. You immediately feel down, frustrated and tired, that is the power of your physiology.

Change your physiology to 1 of confidence and you will instantly begin to feel much better about your self, your self worth will get an instant boost.
